The Homeowner goes to their preferred bank and obtains a construction loan that will later be transitioned into permanent financing. The other option is for the builder to carry the financing during the building process and then sell the house to the homeowner when construction is complete. This option requires a nonrefundable deposit and a letter of credit from the buyer.

Yes, we are a custom home builder and encourage you to customize your home to suit your needs.

Yes, we like to see our clients at the jobsite. The more eyes on a project the better, just keep in mind that it is an active project and some hazards do exist.

After a contract is signed and the custom plan is drawn, we will meet with you and give you a list of our preferred vendors. You will visit each vendor and get to choose what finishes you would like to go into your new home.

Our allowance will vary from each plan depending on the amount of square footage and other aspects of each individual plan.

On average it takes about 6 months from the time we dig to the time you are handed the keys.
